Why?  Because its a basic skill for lifelong success as your new slimmer self.  From how long it takes to learn the skill, how to write and use your affirmations, integrating them into your daily routine, and adding them to your regular exercise.  This article will explain how to use affirmations with hypnosis for weight loss.</p>
<p>Many people never even start to use affirmations with hypnosis for weight loss because they think its just too simple.  The funny thing about affirmations is that they are so quick and easy to learn.  This little secret technique that you are about to learn, took my friend Colin all of 30-seconds to learn and use.  Now that I have your attention and you are reading my words, you will find yourself in the same position very soon.</p>
<p>With some clients it can take months to completely teach hypnosis for weight loss.  With Colin I spent over four weeks with him &quot;under my wing&quot; and being shoulder-to-shoulder.  He learned some of the most powerful techniques of personal development and he had learned almost all of the tight-lipped secrets that hypnosis for weight loss has to offer.  But once he started using three simple affirmations, in three different environments every single day, that was when he found the changes had taken effect.</p>
<p>There is a simple formula for using affirmations and hypnosis for weight loss.  You will write each and every one of your positive affirmations on an index card.  You can, and you will take a new card each day and re-affirm your statement.  When you get to the end of the cards, you can just start again.  You can have as little as three cards or you could have one for every day of the year. Whatever works best for you. This is an old affirmation that has been around for years and when repeated enough has a compounding effect on your subconscious mind.  &quot;I am happy healthy wealthy and wise&quot; and  &quot;All I need for permanent weight loss is within me now&quot;.  Use these three affirmations as a start and with practice you can create ones that work for you.  Use them in the following manner.</p>
<p>You will want to use these positive affirmations at least three times each day in different environments.  Integrate them into your morning walk to work, while you are exercising and before you go to sleep at night.  One example is to say something like &quot;I have a great body&quot; and &quot;I love my body&quot; as you work out.  Even if you don&#8217;t feel it is true, you are programming yourself with positive thoughts, positive feelings, and new behaviors that will affect you.  These new affirmations will soon become your natural though process and repeating them over and over again creates a self-fulfilling situation for yourself.  You set yourself up to win.</p>
<p>&quot;My body continues to change as I balance my lifestyle&quot;, &quot; I love the food that makes me thin&quot;, &quot;losing weight is effortless&quot; and &quot;I enjoy being healthy&quot; are all great examples.  Many <strong><a href="http://www.selfhypnosiscds.org/data/file.php">courses teaching hypnosis</a></strong> for weight loss have encouraged people to use these affirmations.  They have a long standing track record and are known to work in as short a time as twenty one days.  Recording yourself reading out your affirmations with power and passion helps as well.  Read your index cards before you go to bed and when you arise in the morning.  As you walk to work tell yourself &quot;With each and every breath I take, with each and every stride, I am getting slimmer and slimmer and slimmer&quot;.  Do the work of affirmations and hypnosis for weight loss, it is more then worth it.</p>
<p>It will take some commitment and continuous effort on your part to make your change stick. So make sure to learn for Colin and use these sample affirmations and create your own hypnosis for weight loss script.  Do the exercises, write your own affirmations that speak to you, and integrate them into your daily life.  You have been prescribed the medication, now its your time to take it.</p>

<p>As long as there have been human beings, there has been hypnosis.  We use this commonly occurring, and natural state of mind, unknowingly, all the time. It is just natural for us. For example, if you have ever watched a television program or movie and become really absorbed into the program, you were probably in a trance. This trance is what caused you to not hear your mother calling you to dinner, until she raised her voice for the third time. (Advertisers understand this. They use television programs to induce a hypnotic trance and then provide you hypnotic suggestions, called commercials!)</p>

<p>Here is another common example of this naturally occurring state of mind.  When you are driving down the road, with your mind focused on some other task (a day dream perhaps), and next thing you know, you have passed your next turn. That is called &quot;highway hypnosis&quot;.</p>
<p>The U.S. government defines hypnosis as having two parts:  (1) the bypass of the critical factor, and (2) the establishment of acceptable selective thinking.</p>
<p>This seems to be a useful and accurate definition of hypnosis.</p>
<p>This &quot;bypass of the critical factor&quot; simply means the release of limiting beliefs. For example, the use of hypnosis for anesthesia has been accepted by the American Medical Association since 1958. It is well established to be a fact that <strong><a href="http://www.selfhypnosiscds.org/data/file.php">hypnosis</a></strong> is useful for creating anesthesia. However, if you have the limiting belief that the mind cannot create a powerful anesthesia, you will be unable to do so.</p>

<p>However, in hypnosis, this limiting belief can be bypassed, and hypnotic anesthesia can be quickly created. &quot;The establishment of acceptable selective thinking,&quot; the second part of the definition, refers to the process of guiding someone into hypnosis by using a hypnotic induction. The establishment of selective thinking creates the mental environment or state of mind that enables you to reject limiting beliefs (that you picked up by living in our society), so that you can accept new more empowering ones.</p>
<p>The hypnotic state is an optimum state for making changes in your life.  You can set aside limiting beliefs that may have been preventing you from moving toward a more healthy and happy you.</p>
<p>So now you know that you can be hypnotized.   You have done it literally thousands of times. You did it yourself when you were daydreaming and missed that turn (self-hypnosis), you have been hypnotized when you enjoyed a television program (being hypnotized by someone else), and you have followed hypnotic and post-hypnotic suggestions when you preferred some brand name that you saw repeatedly on television (hypnotic compounding of suggestion).</p>

<p> Pain can be described as an unpleasant feeling that can range from slight, localized aching to torment. Several treatment approaches may be used, including narcotic and non-narcotic pain medicines, guided visualization and distraction techniques, Neuro-Linguistic Programming, and hypnosis.</p>

<p>  Pain can be described as an unpleasant feeling that can range from slight, localized aching to relentless suffering. This experience contains both physiological and psychological aspects. Narcotic medicines, in comparison, signal neurons in the brain and advise them that the issue has been completely resolved. Narcotics, like morphine and codeine, can be very addictive and create dependency in persons who rely on them for long periods as pain management strategies.</p>
<p> The body also discharges substances called endorphins. These are Nature&#8217;s painkillers, given off by the brain&#8217;s cells to make the body believe that it does not ache. Runners, for instance, release endorphins while running long distances; this is where the &quot;runner&#8217;s high&quot; sometimes referred to originates. Those persons who enjoy taking part in strenuous sports report a similar endorphin release. Often, sports professionals are able to compete even with pain because of the presence of these chemicals in their bodies.</p>
<p> Painful experiences can also be treated by the technique of distraction, or guided visualization.
