Put An End To Anxiety By Using Past Life Regression

Why would you consider doing a past life regression? How can viewing a past life end my anxiety and panic attacks? How is it really possible to even connect with a memory from another lifetime? To answer these questions, first it’s important to understand a bit about the subconscious.

The unconscious mind stores all our life’s memories, experiences, thoughts, feelings and sentiments; even all our memories from other lifetimes also. Why can’t we remember these other lifetimes? Simply because if we probably did, how would we learn? We are here in each lifetime to learn and grow from our experiences.

Anxiousness and panic episodes occur when there's a crazy and illogical quantity of fear flowing through your wits. Rationally, you know there's no reason to be in so much fear, but irrespective of what you assert to yourself, you start to sweat and panic, your heart beats quickly and your mind fills with fear. Your body starts quivering and shaking, causing you to be short of breath and bringing a sense of being smothered. You will feel dizzy and unstable or perhaps even feel a bit like you are choking, all with an overwhelming fear of dying.

A fear develops when your anxiety and panic becomes so out of proportion or impractical with reality that you find yourself persistently avoiding the situation. When you're feeling troubled about what might occur when or if you are facing one of your phobic circumstances, the simple thought can set you into a fever.

When your fear was caused in another lifetime, this stress and panic typically does not end till your subconscious mind basically connects with the memory of what caused it. In that moment, it releases the energy charge out of your mind and body. The instant of death in another lifetime causes such incredible fear, that it carries this memory over into another lifetime.

The last thoughts we have currently of our death from another lifetime contain the strongest reaction of memory. So there are occasions when something happens to us in our present life to trigger those traumatic moments of another lifetime. Most frequently we do not remember the past life event, but we can actually experience the way that we felt at that moment.

For example, if you have got a phobia of driving on the freeway or over a bridge, your intellect may all of a sudden say, “I can’t get out. I'm trapped.” The phobia of being stuck on that carriageway or bridge leads you to think, “I’m terrified, I may lose control and crash.” You find yourself overcome with the horror you will crash, bracing yourself to fight off the thoughts of driving off the bridge and falling to your death.

During past life regressions, it has been discovered that fear of driving on freeways and bridges for many individuals was caused by a whole life when a person was in a functioning relationship or wedding and wanted it to finish, but had a dread of not being able to get out of it. That life stopped unluckily while being trapped in it and finished by their loved one.

While reviewing the prevailing lifetime, it’s discovered the anxiety began when pondering needing to get out of their wedding, relationship, job or even needing out of their parents ‘ home during their aggressive childhood. It's the feeling of being encircled and having no real way out.

How does this translate to driving on the motorway? As the last thoughts at the time of death from the prior life were, “I’m besieged. I have no control. I cannot get out.” Simply driving down the freeway, having to change lanes, but being unable to because there are too many vehicles on the freeway, can make you feel out of control and your intelligence speaks the same words, “I’m trapped. I can’t get out.”

An event from another lifetime is what has been the cause of this fear. Having the same thoughts and feelings in your mind's eye now, as you probably did then, is what triggers it. That's why it is hard to work out what was causing the fear; it wasn't from this lifetime. Experiencing the past-life removes and neutralizes the energy charge, getting rid of your anxiousness and fear.

A hypnotherapist trained in regression care can take you under hypnosis to your past life. You will be guided into a calming mental condition similar to a dream state, but you are not asleep. The hypnotherapist will steer you into a past life where you may then describe what you are experiencing. A two-way conversation will continue throughout the session with the hypnotherapist providing you the guidance wanted to resolve your issue. It takes only 1 two hour session to bare your past life and end your anxiety.
