NLP: What are its main concepts?
As we saw earlier NLP helps us identify our patterns of thought and help us understand or not these ends up in our lives. Our internal dialogue can be the best pal or worst enemy. We Take a typical example, what's the definition of “failure”? How do I know this is a failure or a problem? What else would argue? What evidence have I got that this is really how I believe? Am I being too hard on myself? This brings us to one of the primary ideas of NLP:
- The map is not the territory. Although the world is real, we don't operate immediately on that fact. Each builds his world view, and all vary from one individual to another.
Although we have 5 senses, one of them innately is more developed or is used more than others. This determines the kind of memory: visible, auditory or kinesthetic. These three sorts of folks form different psychological representations of the Earth around them and this is mirrored in the words they use in their daily communication. For example: One of the things you learn NLP is just beginning to discover like you and your entourage is communicated, what is its main meaning. And thru this research we come to the second important idea of NLP
- Can not communicate. Whatever else is announced, like it or not, all behavior is communication.
Working with just these 2 ideas of NLP lets you understand that if you change your focus frame fact, your results are different. And if you know how somebody communicates, you can hook up with that person from their model generates a better and deeper communication. (Ley de Atraccion)
NLP: What are a selection of it's advantages?
The applications of NLP are very broad. Treat depression, no fear of public talking or cure other types of fears, to boost communication with your team and/or improve sales results. Basically there are lots of areas where you can apply NLP.
